Today I put some salt on my potatoes. I had a cookie. I didn’t work out as much as I wanted. Well I decided to talk to my Mom about it, and instead of telling me to try harder tomorrow, like most people, she said “But baby! You’re doing SO good! You’ve come so far! Remember when all you did was eat McDonalds and watch t.v?! You’re doing better then yesterday. You’re doing better then last week. You’re doing better then ever. And tomorrow? Well your tomorrow will be better then today! Just keep moving! Baby steps! You can do it! Don’t ever give up! I believe in you!” 

Omg thank you Mom. That actually means so much to me. But followers, take my Mommas advice.
